Boyaretirementplans Walk-In Tubs wants to treat everyone fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to tell us and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when you called or messaged Boyaretirementplans Walk-In Tubs
• How we handled your personal information
• Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
• How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, it often helps to take it up with the provider first. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Know this, though: Boyaretirementplans Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.

How to Reach Us

• Your name and a good way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also ask your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau for help. For a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
