How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who You Will Talk To
When you send a request, an independent local provider follows up. This is a real business in or near your area. It is not Boyaretirementplans Walk-In Tubs. We make the link, and then you deal with the provider directly.
Request a callback to check provider availability if you prefer to start by phone.
What the Provider May Ask
Expect simple questions. They help the provider give a fair quote.
- What kind of bath do you have now?
- Do you want a walk-in tub or a walk-in shower?
- How big is the space?
- Who will use it, and do they need a seat or grab bars?
- Are there plumbing or floor concerns?
Photos can help. A provider may also ask to visit your home and measure.
Questions Worth Asking
Bring your own list. These are a good start:
- What is the full price range, and what does it include?
- Will I get the quote in writing?
- How long does the job take?
- Who handles permits, if any are needed?
- What warranty comes with the product and the labor, and who backs it?
- Can you document the project if I need it for a claim?
Some policies may cover sudden damage, but a bath upgrade is often not covered. Check your policy.
You Stay in Charge
You pick the provider. You pick the product. You can compare more than one quote. Nothing starts until you agree and sign.
Take notes during each talk. Keep every quote in one place so you can compare them side by side later. A good provider will not rush you. Ask for the details in writing before you sign anything.
If a provider does not feel right, say so. You can ask for another match.
